Once you become our client and the initial payment is received, you will need to choose at least one person from your organization to be the contact point and RAG system administrator, and that person should expect to spend a few hours a day communicating with us remotely - via email, forms and videoconferencing, in the first week, at the very least. Then you go the learning cache admin and by modifying the approved answer, and approving or replacing approved images, you both teach the RAG system what you like and how to answer questions your way, and as well you set the question-answer pairs exactly as you like so that they are served instantaneously from cache. Ingestion

There are two principal ways to build your data index: 1) uploading documents for indexing, and 2) crawling websites for indexing. You should be very careful not to put irrelevant or incorrect data or information into your index. Your data index should be kept small, very pertinent and focused on your business and organization. This is a specialized RAG system - not a general one. We are not competing with Open AI and Chat GPT here.
